Bitty Pop Guide doesn't collect personal information about you. There are no accounts, no advertising, no tracking, and nothing to sell.
This page explains the minimal information the app uses and what choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at support@bittypopguide.com.
We don't sell or share any information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
Your figure collection — which figures you own and which are on your wishlist — is stored only on your iPhone. We never see this information. If you delete the app, your collection is removed along with it.
To keep the app working well, we use trusted third-party services that provide:
We have intentionally configured these services to not collect any advertising identifier, link to any advertising network, or track you across other apps.
If you subscribe to Bitty Pop Guide Pro, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple manages your payment, your billing, your renewals, and your cancellations. We never see your credit card, your Apple ID, or your billing address — we only receive a signal from Apple confirming your subscription is active.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Bitty Pop Guide is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly market the app to children under 13. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor's use of the app. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, no children's personal information is ever collected in practice. If you believe a child under 13 has somehow given us personal information, please contact us at support@bittypopguide.com and we'll promptly remove it.
Because we don't collect personal information about you, most privacy laws (such as GDPR in Europe and CCPA in California) have very little to apply to here:
If you want to opt out of all diagnostic data going to app developers (including us), you can turn it off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share with App Developers.
All communication between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS. We use industry-standard practices to protect any diagnostic information we receive.
If we ever change what information the app collects, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
